WOW! The dining room is now finished - well, it still needs the flooring to be laid but we're undecided what to put down. Dave says carpet but I know that people still like laminate and as we're going to be selling it as soon as the paint's dry I think that's the way to go.~~~~~~~~~~~~~
But we don't need to make the final decision until the whole place is finished as we always have all the flooring laid in one go and the end of the project so that the carpets don't get mucky while another room's being torn apart and then they look like new when the viewers come round.
